Specially designed carbon layers remove nuisance levels of organic vapors.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The 2097 provides you and your workers:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Comfort. 3M\u2019s Advanced Electret Media (AEM) provides a lightweight, easy breathing combination not found in fiberglass containing filters.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Versatile protection. The 2097 is well suited for a wide range of oil and non-oil based particulate contaminants. Ideal for welding, metal pouring, torch cutting, abatement or as a prefilter for certain chemical exposures.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Simplicity. The versatility of this filter reduces, your inventory and training requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Compatibility. The 2097 can be used with 3M\u2019s wide variety of half and full facepiece designs<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Exceptional filter efficiency. Sandblasting. This respirator filter does not supply oxygen. Aerosol concentrations that exceed 10 times the OSHA PEL with a half facepiece or 50 times the PEL with a full facepiece; or applicable government regulations, whichever is lower.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Time Use\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Limitation<\/span>: If filter becomes damaged, soiled, or breathing becomes difficult, leave the contaminated area and dispose of the filter.
